Design Thinking, in Practice
Pulse isn’t just a clinic. It’s an experience, designed with intention. We worked with architects, behavioural scientists, and care professionals to ask: how does space affect healing?

Everything from the waiting flow to the acoustics to the placement of chairs is built to reduce anxiety and support attention, calm, and connection.

You don’t sit in a hallway waiting for your name. You’re guided directly to a room where your time begins.
The screen is already updated. Your file is there. The tools work. The doctor is briefed. The care is already in motion — before you even sit down.
